ISLAMABAD: Fulfilling the promise made by Prime Minister Imran Khan, the PM House has been converted into Islamabad National University.

Speaking at the the ceremony, the prime minister said all the symbols of colonial mindset will be broken.

PM Khan was addressing the seminar titled “Emerging Challenges and Opportunities for Pakistan” the Launch Conference for Islamabad National University in Islamabad on Friday.

We are making the masses aware of their rights so that they question rulers about their tax money, PM Khan said.

Education is the top priority of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government and enough funds are being made available for higher education in the country, he added.

The prime minister said that the establishment of INU at PM House is aimed at reducing the gap between the government and public.

The PM said no nation can make progress without quality education. He said education is imperative for progress and development.

Imran Khan said China and Singapore made major economic development through quality education.

He said the focus of his government is the promotion of education.

The prime minister emphasized the overall standard of education would be improved. He assured full cooperation to Higher Education Commission for providing quality education to youth.

Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing also spoke on the occasion.
