“Frequent power cuts have made the situation miserable for us. Despite the fact that we have been paying regular bills, we are left to suffer amid freezing cold, Students are the worst sufferers of unscheduled power-cuts. Students are forced to study under candle-light now we feel we are being forced to take to streets,” one of locals student said.
