On the directions of SDM Kangan Hakeem Tanveer,
A joint team of Food Safety & FCS & CA Deptt. under the supervision of Food Safety officer Kangan Fayaz Ahmad Conducted extensive market Checking at Main Market Kangan and it’s adjoining areas in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday.
Food safety officer Kangan Fayaz Ahmad said that erring traders were fined on spot under Essential Commodities Act & Food Safety & Standards Acts.
He said that the Food Bussiness Operators especially Fruit & Vegetable sellers, Chicken dealers , Meat Sellers , Milk sellers were directed to adhere the Govt. Rate list viz -a- viz to maintain hygiene & social distancing in letter & spirit amid Covid-19.
