BDC Chairman Langate along with “READ Foundation Kashmir” sanitize streets and shops amid fear of COVID-19 pandemic Wahipora Yunsu

Amid the nationwide lockdown to stop the spread of coronavirus, “READ Foundation Kashmir” president Mr. Mudasir Tantary and Danish Lone along with BDC Chairman Langate Mr Showkat Hassan Pandith undertook sanitizing efforts on the streets and public places in Wahipora, Yunsu, Haripora of Block Langate

BDC Chairman Langate Mr Showkat Hassan Pandith volunteers spraying disinfectants on pubic places like shops, Banks, Mosques, market’s and the streets.
Few volunteers were carrying containers on their backs and spraying sanitizers at the corners of the road.

According to the reports, “READ Foundation kashmir” President Mr. Mudasir Tantary along with the volunteers came forward to help the BDC Chairman Langate in sanitizing the locality.
Residents are staying indoors amid the restrictions placed by the governments, while on 224 cases were reported in the state.
BDC Chairman Langate said while the entire nation is facing a complete lockdown for 21 days, few people have been coming forward to help the government and poor people in fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic.
