Bihar on Monday reported its third case of coronavirus after a 24-year-old man tested positive. The man had returned from Scotland on March 19 and was admitted to a city hospital with coronavirus symptoms two days later. Another woman who tested positive is currently undergoing treatment for it, while a 38-year-old COVID-19 patient in the state passed away.
