Sopore : Sopore Police arrested a bootlegger and recovered 25 bottles of illicit liquor from his possession.
Official said, a bootlegger has been arrested in North Kashmir’s Sopore town of Baramulla district on Friday and 25 bottles of illicit liquor was recovered from his possession.
Official identified the arrested person as Sohan Lal @Sonu S/O Desraj R/O Qadain Gurdaspora Punjab.
However a Case FIR No. 251/2020 under section 50 Exise Act has been registered in Police Station Sopore.
Meanwhile Locals have lauded the efforts of Police in this regard.
