In a daily whatspp briefing to media DC Kupwara confirmed 7 new positive cases .
“7 positives from Kupwara today including 3 Delhi hot spot returnees of Tangdhar area and 4 contacts of earlier positive case of Muqam Shawali. All of them were traced by Surveillance teams and are under quarantine.
Patients are asymptomatic and are doing fine,” said DC Kupwara
