DSEK’s Mega Enrolment Drive: Zone Mawar achieves 100 percent children enrolment

Kupwara : The fresh enrolment drive started by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has brought laurels to the department as of now.

In district Kupwara of North Kashmir, Zone Mawar has achieved a milestone by enrolling children’s with an intended target set by the director school education Kashmir.

As per the data shared by an official, who is part of the mega enrolment drive, Zone Mawar has enrolled 1706 children’s showing hard work, zeal and zest of the teachers. The total target given to Mawer Zone was 1681, however the zone has moved beyond the target and earned praise for the same.

Zonal Educational Officer (ZEO) Mawar, Mohammad Maqbool while thanking the teaching fraternity of his zone, told that the teachers who toiled and sweated their guts have not only made this zone feel proud but are worthy of commendation also.

Notably, Mega Enrolment Drive was launched by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) in all the districts were in teachers were directed to go door to door in their respective places of posting to check whether any children is still not enrolled and ensure the admission in their schools.
