Sopore: In view of the blessed month ‘Ramadan’ administration in north Kashmir’s Sopore town has decided to allow essential shops to function on a specific time period.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sopore, Parveez Sajad said, in view of Ramadan essential shops including Bakers, mutton shops, agricultural shops, milk shops would function at a particular time during the lockdown period.
He said a relaxation time period has been issued in a bid to relax the common people so that they would not suffer in this blessed month. Adding that people’s cooperation is a must to contain the spread of this novel Coronavirus.
In an order issued, it stated that bakers, mutton shops, milk shops, and agricultural stores will remain open from 7 a.m – 9 a.m and from 3:30 p.m – 5:00 p.m on all three days.
Meanwhile, ADC Sopore has appealed to people to adhere to proper SOPs else strict action would be taken against violators.
