The Jammu & Kashmir Awami forum solina Srinagar strongly believes that Farmer community form important part of GDP of India and no bill should be tabled in parliament against the wishes of farmer community .The recently “The Farmers (Empowerment and protection ) Agreement on price and Assurance and Farm Services Bill ,2020 has been widely criticized by farmer community across India and Jammu and Kashmir farmer community is not an exception. “The Farmers (Empowerment and protection ) Agreement on price and Assurance and Farm Services Bill ,2020 is marginalising the farmer community of Jammu Kashmir and does not full fill the aspirations of farmer community.So this bill should be revoked in larger interests of farmer community which form backbone of agriculture ” said , president Jammu and Kashmir Awami forum , Farooq Ahmed Ganie.”This farmers bill if passed in parliament will create a wall between Government and farmer community .” Said , minority leader j&K AWAMI FORUM ,Ravinder Singh .He further added passing of this bill will create massive protests by farmer community across India and in Jammu Kashmir .
