Sopore, 21 July : Forces on Tuesday afternoon launched cordon and search operation (CASO) in North Kashmir’s Sopore area.
Reportedly a joint team of forces conducted searches in Bomai area of Sopore town this afternoon and sealed all entry and exit points in the area.
An official said following inputs about the presence of militants a joint team of Army, Sopore Police and CRPF BN launched search operation in the area.
Meanwhile searchs in the area were going on when filling this report.
It is pertinent to mention Three LeT militants were killed in 12-hour long gunfight at Reban Sopore last week.
