Former MLA Kishtwar visits accident spot at Padder and Speaks to Lt Governor for ex-gratia to the next of the kin of the deceased and LG assured the same.

A vehicle carrying local labourers of Kishtwar, skidded off the road and fell into the Chenab river in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district. The accident occurred yesterday when a tipper on way to Kishtwar skidded off the road and rolled down a deep gorge at Kinthroo Nallah Padder.Police teams rushed to the spot and with the help of Army personnel and locals started rescue operation.

Former MLA Kishtwar Sunil Sharma along with Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Rajinder Tara and SSP Kishtwar, Harmeet Singh reached the spot to supervise the rescue operation.
Sunil spoke to Lt Governor on call from the Spot and he also directed the administration to not to keep any stone un-turned in the rescue operation.

In a condolence message Sunil sharma conveyed his sympathies to bereaved families and said my heartfelt condolences to the families of poor labourers who lost their lives in the mishap.

Sunil Sharma spoke to Lieutenant Governor from the spot on call and requested for sanctioning immediate ex-gratia/relief to the families of deceased.He informed LG that the persons namely Sh.Sandeep Kumar S/O Prem Singh,Sh.Rajesh Kumar S/0 Krishan Nand, Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Tota Ram, Sh.Rakesh Kumar S/O ved viyas.Sh.Jabar Singh S/O Jagdish raj all residents of Karthie Padder were the only earning hands of their families for survival.

BJP, Kishtwar also announces ex-gratia of Rs 25 thousand each to the next of the kin of the deceased. Other Senior leaders of BJP who were present at the Spot were Pardeep Singh Parihar (Distt President), Akshay Sharma (State Executive Member), Lalit Sharma & Gulab Chand( Distt General Secretaries), Rocky Goswami (Distt President BJYM), Ranjit Singh,(Ex Distt President BJYM), Shashi Paul Badyal (Spokesman) and Inderjeet Sen (Distt Executive member) and others.
