After daily Inside Kashmir carried out a report on mismanagement of COVID samples, CMO, Kupwara took swift action to ensure COVID test results of people staying in Different Quarantine centres of Kupwara.
” We are thankful to daily IK for taking our voice to people at the helm of affairs. We are now confident on steps taken by the District Health Department. An official of the Medical department visited us and resolved our issues. Media needs to be more realistic, impartial and they should ask questions to power, that is what Inside Kashmir is doing, ” said one of the individual, over the phone, who was in quarantine centre Sogam.
Similarly, we received many calls from different quarantine centres of Kupwara, who hailed efforts of CMO Kupwara and expressed gratitude to reporters of IK, who were following this story.
