Sopore : Forces on Thursday afternoon launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in North Kashmir’s Sopore town of Baramulla district.
Reportedly a joint team of forces conducted searches in Warpora area of Sopore town this afternoon and sealed all entry and exit points of the area.
An official said, following suspicious movement a joint team of Army, Sopore Police and CRPF BN launched search operations in the area.
Meanwhile searchs in the area were going on when filling this report.
Pertinently a top Commander of Al-Badr militant outfit Gani Khawja was killed last week in Tujjer area of this town.
