(Lolab Kupwara): Kafila Foundation Kupwara in coordination with Cherakote Premier league conducted cricket tournament at Jehlum Cricket Ground on Sunday.
In the final match, teams from Bropora & Putpora competed with each other.
On the occasion, the Sarpanch Of the area said that sports activities are vital for shaping the overall personality and well being of individuals, particularly the youngsters. He said the administration is taking many concrete steps for engaging youth of the district in sports and other constructive activities.
Appreciating the efforts of the Organising Body he said that such events shall continue with full momentum across the district.
The Youth hailed the efforts of the Kafila Foundation and expressed hope that it would continue to work with the same commitment for empowerment and welfare of Youth.
