Lolab: Due to lack of drainage system on Shala Gund Koligam Link Road in Lolab, a remote area of Kupwara border district, people are facing many difficulties.
It is known that nowadays the work of agriculture is at its peak and farmers have to irrigate their paddy fields, due to lack of drainage system this water is flowing over this road which is making hurdles for commuters and transportation .
“There is no drainage system on this road and now this link road is turning into ruins day by day. Due to lack of drainage system, it has become impossible for people to walk”, told locals .
Meanwhile people of Lolab Shala Gund have appealed to the concerned authorities to build a drainage system on both sides of this link road so that road can be managed well.
