Pattan : In a shocking news,
A man allegedly killed his elder brother during a scuffle over some land dispute in Nihalpora Pattan of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to sources that a Scuffle broke out between two brothers over a land dispute on Friday evening and exchanged blows and also some sticks to beat each other in which his 60-year-old elder brother sustained injuries.
He was rushed to Trauma Hospital Pattan where doctors referred him to SMHS Srinagar for advanced treatment where he succumbed to his injuries on early Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Bashir Ahmad Yatoo S/O Abdul Rahim Yatoo a resident of Nihalpora Pattan.
A police officer confirmed the incident and said that a case under FIR No 191/2020 has been registered in this regard, Five persons have been arrested and further investigation has been taken up .
