The annual Festival of Mata Kheer Bhawani one of the important event of Kashmiri pandits which will be observed on Saturday in Tullmula area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
However due to the prevailing situation of COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, the annual Kheer Bhawani Mela at the famous temple of Ragnya Devi in Tulmulla village of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district there will be no participation of devotees this year.
Without any public participation and huge gathering the annual Mata Kheer Bhawani Mela will be observed on Saturday in Tulmulla area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
The annual event, one of important festivals of Kashmiri Pandits is celebrated on Zyestha Ashtami, which falls on Saturday this year.

One of the Local Bilal Ahmad from Tulmulla area said that for centuries the celebration of the Mela has been an epitome of harmony and brotherhood in the state and there is a need of togetherness between various sections of the society.
