Ladakh: The oath ceremony of newly elected executive members held at SEMOK office today. SEMoK polls were held on August 8 and results announced in the evening of the same day.The Oath ceremony began with the welcome speech by Gulzar Hussain (Director Alumni council) and Sajjad Hussain Zehdi (Account officer Alumni council) briefed about the responsibilities of different executive members.
During the oath taking ceremony , Mohd Nasir ul Mehdi Shabani (I/C principal GDC Zanskar), Nasir Uddin Khafi (Assistant Professor English), Mustafa Haji (Advocate) and Mohammad Ali (Research Scholar) were present on the occasion as guest of honour.
Ali Murtaza took oath as SEMOK president While Ahmad Qadiri was sworn in as vice-president, Hakima Banoo Ali as General Secretary, Noor Jahan as Joint Secretary, Sayida Banoo as Cashier, Talib Hussain as Organizer, Tohir Hussain as Deputy organizer, Fatima Banoo as Media Secretary and Asif Ali Chomal as assistant Media Secretary.
The Oath taking ceremony concluded with the vote of Thanks which was presented by Mohd Hassan Hundurmani (Spokesperson Alumni council SEMOK) and program was anchored by Kazim Ali (Program manager alumni council SEMOK)
