Kupwara: Funeral procession of slain reuters journalist Danish Siddique. He was killed in Afghanistan while covering clashes between Taliban and government forces in the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar .
Siddique was laid to rest at Jamia Millia Islamia University graveyard. He became the first journalist along with his colleague Adnan Abidi from India to won prestigious Pulitzer prize for documenting Rhongya refugee crisis in 2018.
