While as Ganderbal Police took strict action against violators of Govt lockdown orders from the day first, in continuation of it Police party from Police Station Ganderbal headed by SHO Police Station Ganderbal Insp Khursheed Awan under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Ganderbal Dr Abdul Majid arrested seven violators and also seized 12 tippers loaded with bricks and bajri respectively at T-chowk Duderhama and wahidpora area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official said that a case FIR Nos. 88/2020 89/2020 U/S 188,269 IPC has been registered in Police Station Ganderbal.
SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal warns lockdown violators otherwise contravention will abide strict action under law as previous violators faced.
SSP Ganderbal also requested people for more support by way of observing the proper lockdown across district in prevention of further spread of COVID-19.
