Baramulla, 24 July: One of the best among all the tele communications in the valley , Bharti Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)tele-communication is taking its last breath in Mulgam Kunzar.
In the wake of crises ,Mulgam Rambail, Malpora, Awalawaw, kukroosa, and Other villages in Kunzer area are facing lot of problems due to bad poor connectivity of BSNL telecom Company .
Mostly the students and employees get affected on large-scale . According to locals the same tele-communication company failed in providing the better service which they are bound to provide while receiving full payment .
Locals alleged that thes tele-communication companies escape the law easly while cheating the customers of these tele giants.
” We as people have to understand that they have left no stone unturned in giving tough time to customers . I was one of the subscriber of this service in all weather , but from last 3 months they have started to ignore our area, said Rayees Ahmad, a local resident.
Mulgam comprises of nearly about fifteen hundred subscribers of BSNL but company has completely failed in providing satisfactory service to its customers inspite of various complaints registered via their Complaint Portal.
While talking to the locals, they allegedly said: “We repeatedly called BSNL customer care services for queries and complaints but all in vain ,they never took us serious . We are in transcendence era ,where students have left conventional form of study, now they are using internet to get education but we are unable to get this facility because of poor network.”
According to locals, the district administration is not taking any kind of notice of the poor connectivity.
Despite repeated phone calls, BSNL Network Technician did not respond.
