The People living in Tekipora Lolab are facing immense poor connectivity from the Telecom Companies.The Telecom service providers are not taking any kind of seriousness in the issue and faced by the customers of Airtel and Jio companies.
People from Tekipora Lolab and it’s adjoining areas of the said area, While talking with the IK correspondent they said that the customers are facing lot of problems when they are making outgoing calls or receiving incoming calls. They told that during calls, the voice is being dropped many times and are unable to listen each other’s voice.
They also told over Phone that we are paying for 4G but due to negligence of service providers we are not being given the 2G service in proper manner and the Airtel and Jio service providers are always cheating with their customers.
It gives us tough time to make online Classes under this pandemic.At one side the Education has came online due to Covid19 but at the other end we are not making regular classes due to poor connection of services from telecom companies,said a student over phone.
Now,the inhabitants of Tekipora and it’s adjoining areas are demanding the redressal of their issues of connectivity at an earliest so that we may not suffer more and if service providers will fail to do so, then we have no any other option to come on roads for which Airtel and Jio Telecom companies may be held responsible.
