Kupwara: A program “Green village, Clean Village” was organised by Pragaash Youth Club in collaboration with NYKS Kupwara today at Kupwara Public School Kupwara.The program was aimed at awakening the participants about their duties towards the environment.
The guests included Mohammad yousuf Mashoor, Anjum Altaf Qureshi, Pir Mohammad Irfan, Naveed Ahmed Khan Abdul Gani Baig Athar and Gulzar Jaffar.
Starting the program, President Pragaash Youth Club Faizan Qureshi welcomed all the participants particularly esteemed Guests. He explained the motive of the program to the participants.
Speaking on the occasion Guests emphasised on reducing the use of plastic items and impressed upon all the audience about the negative effects of polythene and other plastic items.They said that things made of clay should be used instead.
Guests also appreciated Pragaash Youth Club for organizing the program and also impressed upon all the participants to plant more and more trees and always fulfill the much needed duties towards our surroundings.
Wrapping up the programme,Pragaash Youth Club Member, Jahangeer Jamal thanked all the guests and audiennce for showing up.

At the conclusion of event a prize and Stationary distribution ceremony was organised besides a cleanness drive in which all the participant children took part.
