An Extra ordinary meeting of the Executive body Member was held via-video conferencing presided over by the President of the organization Mr Majid Rashid Wani.
The academic loss of students studying UG and PG courses was deliberated upon and it is observed that No Academic classes can be started in near Future owing to Covid-19 Lockdown.
The students are at a loss to understand how to compensate the the losses and save academic session.
There upon it was decided to request the administration of all universities of J&K viz, university of Kashmir,Jammu university, MVDU,BGBU,central university. Cluster university and IUST to assess the performance of students on internal Assessment basis and also Grant them promotion to the next level. It is also implored upon the Govt. of J&K especially Advisor to the Education department to direct all universities not to enhance fee structure keeping in view the economic repercussions of the covid-19 lockdown and waive off the examination fee in full as no such examination can be conducted due to prevailing circumstances. And also the students who were scheduled to appear in 10th and 12th By annual Examination be given promotion to the next level keeping in view the life and safety of our students who are disidedly future of our nation.
