Kupwara, Sep 01: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Karnah, Dr. Bilal Mohiddin Bhat today advised the general Public and drivers of passenger vehicles including Tata Sumo, Tavera, Xylo, Scorpio and Innova to strictly follow the COVID-19 preventive measures.
In this regard, only 05 Passengers shall be allowed to be carried in a vehicle with the strict implementation of COVID SOPs and vehicles found with more than 05 passengers shall be penalized under rules.
All Drivers have been asked to strictly collect fare as per the fare list issued by the SDM and must be affixed in the vehicles for information of the passengers. No Vehicle shall be allowed to be parked along road side in the market and should be parked in identified areas /Stands.

All Sector Magistrates/duty Magistrates along with Police representatives have been directed to ensure the protocol is followed in letter and spirit.
