Group-C Emerges As Winner

Lolab, Aug 25: In a bid to generate the Islamic knowledge and to boost the all-round development among the students- Sir Syed Memorial Educational Institute Rednag Lolab organised a day long Quiz Competition here on Friday.
The Quiz Competition Programme was started with the Verses of the Holy Quran followed by the Naat.
The quiz competition was held on group based namely Group-A, Hazrat Abu Bakr, Group-B, Hazrat Umar Farooq, Group-C, Usman-e-Ghani & Group-D, Hazrat Ali. The teachers who were given the responsibilities to take charge of their respective groups were Tahir Ahmad Shah followed by Amir Masudi, Shah Faisal Mushtaq, Junaid Hassan.
The participants were asked questions on different subjects like Social Studies, Islamiyat, Current Affairs and General Science. The event witnessed a total number of 13 rounds. In the 9th round, two groups Group-A and Group- D were exited from the competition.
In a nail biting and closely contested event, and in 13th round, Group-C namely Hazrat Ali emerged as Winner and they got together to celebrate the victory collectively. The winning team was felicitated with “Award Of Participation’.
The overall competition was hosted & anchored by one of its faculty member Shah Faisal Mushtaq.
Principal SSM Rednag Lolab Jamsheed Ahmad towards the culmination of the programme extended his heartiest greetings to the all participate teams particularly to the victory team. He also directed the students to take actively part in these activities as it can boost your inner development.
