Sopore, Oct 19 : A journalist based in north Kashmir who was arrested during midnight raid at his residence in Sopore area of North Kashmir released this evening.
Junaid Shafeeq Peer, who works for Tameel Irshad, the largest circulating Urdu daily in Kashmir, was picked up from his home on Tuesday night was released this evening.
Official said, that Junaid was detained for questioning purposes and has been released this evening.
Meanwhile, family sources of Junaid also confirmed that, he has been released this evening and is now at home with them.
