Won’t tolerate despotism, CEO Kupwara needs to make school management accountable: Teachers

Kupwara: As School Administration of My New School (Now IDPS) Drugmullah, Kupwara, showed no flexibility in its stubbornness; teachers recorded their complaint against management for ‘withholding salaries’, in CEO Kupwara Office.
Teachers told this reporter that, the school has left no stone unturned of tyranny and despotism despite frequent pleas, their last resort was CEO’s office.
“From last few days we tried to reconcile with the management but their stubbornness has taken a toll on us and we had no other option than knocking the door of CEO Kupwara. We filed a formal complaint and apprised administrative representative of My New school Management’s apathy”, said a teacher.
According to an official source, CEO Kupwara Office has constituted committee to investigate the matter of concern in the light of recent order from Directorate against private schools- who have withheld salaries of teachers.
The group of teachers expressed gratitude towards the CEO Office for initiating investigation with the high powered committee and hoped that the issue will be resolved on priority.
