It has passed two years when an order copy was issued by the Govt of Jammu and Kashmir ,General Administration department which states that the demands of NHM,RNTCP and ACS Employee’s to be examine the concerns of the Employee’s and recommend a possible road map to address the relevant concerns based upon critical assessments,the order copy reads
Inter-alia hold periodical interactions with the stakeholder employees and study the frame work in vogue across various states in the country,an order copy reads.
An official order copy was issued in 2018 under Govt order No 174-GD of 2018 dated 29-01-2018 reads that,sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a group of officers,comprising the following,to examine the demands of the NHM,RNTCP and ACS employees.
The following officers were”Administative Secretary,Health and Medical Education Department” to remain as “Convenor” of the group.
“Principal Secretary to Cheif Minister” to remain “Member” of the group.
“Administrative Secretary,General Administration Department” to remain “Member” as well of the group.
Two years has passed out but the demands of the Employee’s still not met as the employees are facing mental stress now due to the delay in the demand.
“At one side Employee’s of NHM,RNTCP and ACS are putting their lives at stake under this pandemic to save lives but at the other end when we try to move towards the major officials office they seems untouchable in this regard.Our employees are working 24×7 but why Stepmother like treat”a big question takes place said,President Muneer Andrabi.
“When the Valley was converted into UT, the salaries of Ladakh employees were doubled, but we were not treated in a way like Ladakh,which is a totaly injustice with us”,he added
Now,in a joint statement the NHM,RNTCP and ACS employees especially the President Muneer Andrabi requesting higher Up’s to complete our demand as soon as possible as we have leave no stone unturned during this critical time.
