Senior Congress Leader, President District Congress Committe Kupwara, Member AICC Haji Faröoq Mir, solicits the LG administration and expresses a huge concern about the unprecedented draught and scanty rainfall this year, that severely impacted the several crops, vegetables and subsequently farmers and related communities .

In Assembly segment 03-Lolab the draught caused severe crop damages and incurred huge losses to Rice fields, Maize crops and Vegetable fields in hilly areas.
