In Assembly segment 03-Lolab the draught caused severe crop damages and incurred huge losses to Rice fields, Maize crops and Vegetable fields in hilly areas. The substantial damage of crops concomitantly affected the agricultural produce of farmers this year, that have a very low possibility of recovering which have developed a serious concern.
Haji Faröoq MIR urges the LG administration to quantify the losses by a conventional survey through the Deptt. Of Horticulture and Agriculture and review, analyse and acknowledge the excruciating difficulties faced by the people.
