J&K High Court Constitutes Committee For Promotion Interviews Of Civil Judges

JAMMU, Jun 8: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has constituted a two-member committee to conduct interviews of eligible candidates being considered for promotion to the post of Civil Judge (Senior Division).

As per an order issued by the Acting Chief Justice, the committee comprises Justice Sanjay Parihar and Justice Shahzad Azeem. The interviews will be conducted in terms of Rule 7(c) of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Judicial Service Rules, 2025, for candidates falling within the zone of consideration for promotion.
