Rayees Jamil

I am honoured to receive the Certificate of Participation after successfully completing the Five-Day Training Programme under SMAE–ATMA (2026–27), organized by the Department of Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare, Kashmir.

The programme significantly strengthened my understanding of organic farming, sustainable agriculture, climate-smart practices, and modern agricultural techniques. It was a valuable learning experience that broadened my perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the farming sector.

As a journalist, I firmly believe that knowledge gains its true value only when it is shared with society. I remain committed to raising awareness among farmers, encouraging innovation, and promoting sustainable agriculture through responsible journalism and public engagement.

I sincerely express my heartfelt gratitude to the distinguished resource persons and trainers, especially Prof. Zaffer Iqbal, Prof. Jamal Ahmad, Prof. Nazir Ahmad Ganie, Prof. Arif Hussain, Prof. Sajad Ahmad Saraf, Dr. Ishrat Naveed, Dr. MH Chesti, Dr. Kausar Irfan, Dr. Vikas Gupta, Dr. Syed Shafat, Dr. Prajal Dey, Dr. Ishtiyaq Ahad, Dr. RAYEES AHMAD, Dr. Quadri Javeed, Dr. Khursheed Ahmad, Dr. Bashir Ahmad Illahi and all other experts whose practical demonstrations, scientific guidance, and interactive sessions made the five-day programme truly enriching. Their dedication transformed complex agricultural concepts into practical knowledge that every farmer can apply to improve productivity and protect the environment.

This training has reinforced my belief that the future of agriculture lies in continuous learning, innovation, and sustainable farming practices. Together, informed farmers, dedicated experts, and responsible citizens can build a greener, healthier, and more prosperous Jammu & Kashmir.
