Contribution During the Expedition of Tabuk
One of the greatest financial contributions of Uthman (R.A) came during the preparation for the expedition of Tabuk. The Muslim army was facing severe challenges due to shortage of resources. The journey was long, the weather was harsh, and many people lacked the necessary equipment and transportation. Uthman (R.A) responded by providing enormous financial assistance. He donated large numbers of camels, horses, and wealth to equip the Muslim army. His generosity played a significant role in strengthening the Muslim forces. Expansion of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
As the Muslim population increased in Madinah, the mosque of the Prophet (S.A.W) became too small for the growing number of worshippers.
