There is dearth of hardwork that needs to scale up

Whether JKSSB or any other recruiting agency in jammu and kashmir both are having different level and scale of recruitment in different fields in order to bridge the gap of unemployment ratio of the qualified youth. In these exams each candidate has to submit his form for filling up the requisite details of academic qualifications which are necessary to give for getting a chance to sit in exams. After submitting forms for the posts which are released by recruiting agencies in Jammu and Kashmir can testify candidates for cracking such kind of exams at state level. Every candidate put his best efforts for securing high points which can save him from the dropping factor i.e. cut off.

With having this alacrity to achieve maximum is a great potential of a candidate to ward off uncertainties before he may fall out in the final list. We need to care about falling from the success ladder which we never want and have apprehensions for the same. There are two categories of candidates in these exams. One category who are burning minight lamps to qualify these exams. Second category, they are born genius with high cognitive ability and having potential to crack any toughest exam at state level. They always resort to have good material which help them a lot. Indeed it is the hard work and consistency of candidates to bring out such level of confidence which mark off the words to get a final success. Sometimes these exams show us uncertainty what is going to happen on the day of exam and the day of announcement of the final results. Of course exams have different nature and uncertainty which may help us to win this game in first attempt or it will take some more years to reach the destination. We can’t judge a candidate in these exams as everyone has different approach and strategy to conquer the battle.

To me, I feel it is somehow a test to testify us in just only two hours rather than how much material we have collected for preparing any state level exam. Yes one thing is clear that preparation gives an edge to make it happen in our favour. We may have good number of qualifiers who possess the ability but we can have rare number of those who have deep vision to live a life with reasons and experiments. It is not my personal quote but it has been quoted by different thinkers and philosophers to make a clear distinction between the subjective knowledge and the knowledge based on vision. But I am of the opinion that those candidates who work hard and having clear concepts would carve a niche in these exams.

Exams are seldom uncertain that dishearten us now and then by loosing our confidence level which can have bad results in near future if not examined this kind of uncertainty prior to set out the journey for testifying our knowledge and hardwork. This sort of uncertainty which occurs when we don’t have previous experience and the guidance from our elders in preparing for these exams. It is right to say that any candidate can score more points in these exams for which he was not sure before the exam as it depends upon the level of paper and the two hours in which he has to manage everything with proper care. Though time is the factor which decides your all worth of hard work and efficiency that needs to manage all constraints which we face during the exams.

We all are well aware about that JKSSB has recently conducted PAA exam. I was also the candidate of this exam. when I reached the examination centre; I was not nervous and nothing anything was wrong in my mind during the entire process. In one hour 26 minutes I completed General studies, Economic, Statistics and Computer. I had thoroughly read the questions in the first three sections only because I was serious for PAA exam. The remaining two sections i.e. Accountancy and Science which were easy to tackle in half an hour. Being a science student I never scare of any question to be asked of science related in JKSSB exams either in Physics Chemistry Biology and Geography. But what happened after reviewing the answer key, I got shocked while counting down my total points.

I had many negatives in last two sections which I was not expected in this exam. I felt little disappointed with my PAA points but I know the only good part of failure i.e NEVER GIVE UP! Ups and Downs are part of our life so don’t get discouraged by these unfavourable events. According to Dr. A.P J Abdul kalam he said Fail means First Attempt In Learning. Authors
