Baramulla: The family members of a 24-year-old missing youth on Wednesday urged their son to return home and appealed general public and authorities to help them in tracing him.
According to the family, Saqib Ashraf, son of Mohammad Ashraf Lone of Fatehgrah Baramulla is missing since December 20 this month.
Family sources told that Saqib was an MCA student at Kashmir University, he was returning from the varsity but didn’t reach home and after that they lost contact with him.
“We called our relatives and his friends but could not find him,” the family said while appealing their son to return.
After failing to trace him, the family has filed a missing report in Police Station Sheeri.
“If he is with any militant group, we request them to please allow him to return home, adding that, we don’t have any support except him”, family said.
